[問題] 如何使手臂三頭肌平坦?
原PO是個女生 身高158 體重 44
體脂大約是22,23距離上次量的時間有點久...
一直以來手臂的三頭肌讓我很困擾,我不算胖但就是手臂的三頭肌特別明顯>"<
不知道是跟我國小勤練游泳有關嗎?另外我的慣用手也是右手,所以右手特別的明顯...
感覺很MAN...我試了跳有氧舞蹈,常常會有手向上擺的動作,這樣應該是會讓我整隻手臂
更結實,達不到消三頭肌的目的,也有試過沒事就按按三頭肌部位,不知道該如何
有效的平坦我的右臂三頭肌???穿背心就很像是金剛芭比的手臂(當然沒有這麼大隻= =)
而且平常一直需要用到右手,是不是很難去讓我的三頭肌改善呢?
