[問題] 增重增胖議題 義美無糖豆漿 VS 統一黃 …
各位版友好
小弟近日正在進行增重計畫
目前除了穩定在重訓室訓練外
也會盡量在宵夜時間吃點東西
例如我現在正在嗑雞排:)
而我主要的問題是
運動完以及平常當飲料的豆漿
該買有糖的還是無糖的!!!!
義美無糖豆漿 VS 統一黃金豆豆漿
我是想說有糖的熱量比較高
可是我怕我有誤解XDDDD
因此我想請問有經驗的版友們
喝有糖的好還是無糖的好QQ?
