重訓完後
都想補充西下蛋白質
但是蛋白質是重質不重量
請問各位大大
我應該重訓完吃個一塊雞排還事吃兩顆茶葉蛋呢??
哪個蛋白質含量高?
或者是重訓當天像歪國人一樣牛奶當水喝?
