[問題] 請問如何增加投球的力量呢?
上大學後想拋棄既往不宅男的個性
於是和朋友去打棒球
可是...丟球時才發現0.0......
(就像前幾篇有人講的: 中看不中用...)
完全沒力

各位建議我是每天練投球
還是去健身房?找教練指導(因為我之前都去學校的自己摸索但成效很差)
或者每天做伏地挺身(但其實我不是很清楚自己姿勢如何-.-)...
我希望在這暑假可以好好加強一下
以免開學後投球還是軟趴趴的><
