[問題] 各位高蛋白飲食有多吃鈣片嗎?
聽醫生說高蛋白飲食容易造成骨頭的鈣質大量流失
高蛋白飲食是未來骨質疏鬆的成因之一
大概是說身體為了平衡體內的酸鹼度會把骨頭的鈣質釋放
建議多吃鈣片
請問各位重訓的大大有多攝取鈣片嗎??
