[問題] 想要always坐得很直
我坐著念書的時候, 一開始背都挺得很直,

時間一久, 可能是某個肌群失去耐力, 背就會開始彎曲

感覺在這個姿勢裡面, 好像某個肌群負擔變重, 背就會開始酸,
為了抵抗這種酸感, 會一直拚命地想把背部拉直, 無奈力不從心,
它很快又垮下去
我想請教大家, 我該練那些肌肉或動作, 才能增進"腰桿子挺直"的耐力?
希望無論坐著或站著, 都能保持挺立, 謝謝大家
