[問題] 關於練胸課表
想請問板上的各位大大
小弟目前卡在一個很奇怪的地方
我平常練胸課表是
史密斯機
75kg*10(熱身,沒有做到力竭)
80kg*9
80kg*8
80kg*6
75kg*8
70kg*8
然後用上面寫20的啞鈴做三組各12下的飛鳥
可是感覺胸肌一直沒進步
不知道是否應該改成做金字塔嗎?
就是從50KG慢慢做到極限在降回來這樣
懇請板上各位大大賜教
