[問題] 拉單槓的問題~
在拉單槓的時候 我通常都是第一下先跳上去
然後手臂是彎曲的 (我知道這不標準)
在這種情形下可以多拉幾下
但是一旦手臂是伸直的情況 就一下也拉不上去了
所以覺得一定是某部位的肌肉量不夠 不曉得是不是背的力量不夠
因此我想請問是該訓練哪部位以及訓練的方法
