[閒聊] 唔,逆溜溜球效應?
我的反撲是顛倒反撲過來的
之前覺得身材太瘦弱 174/58
所以很認真的做了重訓
在半年之後,還是174/58
後來在這個時間點上虎口肌腱炎
就偷懶了三個月
結果體重竟然變成 174/54 ...
啊啊...好糟糕...
變胖困難瘦身易啊 Orz
別人停了運動是復胖
我停了運動怎麼變成復瘦啊,而且還溜溜球效應...
讓自己變的比做重訓之前更瘦... 囧
