[問題] 晚上減身完補充什麼最好?
這迷思一直糾纏著我
因為時間緣故
我幾乎都在晚上練
練完我會去買兩顆蛋吃
但後來發現我算是夜貓子
晚上肚子都會餓
我爬文有看到
當肚子餓的時候反而蛋白質會被攝取掉
這樣等於說
我練的白練?
蛋也白吃?
所以我現在是喝豆漿"統一陽光黃金豆豆漿"
想說這個有熱量
在我肚子餓的時候還有卡路里能夠消耗
而豆漿又有比蛋更多的蛋白質"每一百毫升3.6克"
一瓶有450毫升等於是16.2克的蛋白質
這讓我很興奮
不知我的作法是否正確?
其實重點還是因為我幾乎都是晚上健身
也想請教一下晚上健身(6~10不等)的優缺點?
