[問題] 體脂減了 肌肉也減了
持續了兩個多禮拜的飲食控制
早餐 20元三明治OR麵包
午餐 便當或者潛艇堡
晚餐 一杯400CC低糖豆漿
每天課表
早上 慢跑4000M 25分鐘左右
下午 慢跑6000M 37分鐘左右
結束後
伏地挺身 50下
仰臥起坐 100下
啞鈴 25磅 左右各50
加上一些 腹部訓練
抬腳50下
空中腳踏車200下
身高 166cm
體重 目前為66.9KG
體脂肪率 18.8%
脂肪雖然減了2.4KG左右
但肌肉 也消了2KG
是否有哪些地方需要改善的
請各位大大指導一下
