[問題] 如何維持
從認真重訓到現在大概兩年多,肌肉也慢慢的形成.
不過身邊的同學還有女性友人都覺得我的身材有一點太過於噁心.
(當然,比起板上的各位,真的不算甚麼)
身高177,體重73.胸圍38左右,不過因為身材比例不是很好,
所以我想說在現階段我想要維持住這個體型就好,不要在讓他大下去.
平常free weight從一邊20十下,一直做到一邊37.5六到七下.
中胸上胸下胸練完會再做飛鳥,一樣也是中上下,大概是20公斤,做五組,每組十下.
想請問板上的各位,我要如何訓練以維持住原本的體型.
例如說要如何調整組數,或者是在哪個方面再做修改.
