[問題] 新手的飲食菜單
在下加入健身也兩個月了
當初開始去逢甲練重訓主要是想把手臂練粗,還有消除腰部兩側的贅肉
剛開始練的第一個月,沒人指導 自己覺得去逢甲健身房都是在亂練一通 Orz
後來我買了黃教練的書來作參考,也注意到飲食的重要性
目前我的身高179cm,體重74kg(比開始練之前約減了2kg)
課表:一、三、五 重量訓練(背、胸、腹、二頭)
二、四 有氧運動
飲食方面:
早餐-饅頭加蛋 & 低脂鮮奶 or 低糖豆漿 1.5杯
午餐-公司餐廳的自助餐,三份青菜、一份肉、一碗白飯
(如果主菜是炸雞腿之類的,會把雞皮剝掉)
晚餐-做完重量訓練後,直接去吃 SUBWAY $69特餐 & 統一無糖高纖豆漿
(Subway:全麥麵包、不加起士、不加醃黃瓜、不加任何醬料)
另外每天喝2000~2500cc的白開水,絕對不喝含糖飲料
我是一位上班族,基本上 午餐一定是在公司餐廳吃
只有早餐跟晚餐可以比較多變化
黃教練的書上說,練完之後的那一餐 是最重要的
請問我這樣的飲食,攝取的蛋白質與碳水化合物份量是否足夠?
其實每天吃Subway還滿傷荷包的...
這樣吃了一個多月下來,體重略降 身體肌肉有變結實,但是沒有增大
不曉得是不是蛋白質攝取的還不夠多,反而擔心澱粉會不會吃太多
還是說重訓後的飲食,應該改為只吃 水煮蛋&雞胸肉
效果會比吃Subway來的更好?
