[問題] 單槓與滑輪下拉
想請問一下各位前輩
小弟因為想加強單槓,所以先去健身房練了幾天滑輪下拉
是頸前下拉還是頸後下拉對單槓較有幫助呢?
因為教練叫我練頸後下拉.
可是爬文後好像不是這麼回事耶
可是請版友大大解惑一下嗎.感恩 :)
