[問題] 闊背肌 練寬動作疑問 頸前/後 滑輪下拉與其他
請教板上各位
在爬完文後 蠻多人建議頸後不要做大重量
這樣一來 背練寬的動作選擇感覺不多
我只知道 滑輪下拉 與CHIN UP (我看了 instructional fitness)
請問各位背寬 的運動會選擇哪些呢 ?
chin up 做不標準的話 選擇能調整重量的動作還有哪些呢?
