[心得] 覺得居家健身也很重要
也許因為工作關係
我們回家後大多就
洗澡、吃東西、睡覺
但是
或許在一進門
身體還處於熱身狀態的時候
可以在洗澡前
簡單做個運動
不會耗掉太多時間
卻可以保持運動的習慣
在週末或是休假時
才不會熊熊一做
肌肉會受不了
伏立挺身50~100
仰臥起坐100~200
舉啞鈴50~100
簡單做一下
還不錯的喔
