[問題]如何訓練!?
我想問的問題是!?該如何將身體每個部位練成屬於精壯
但不會粗大 跟李小龍那種差不多 還有我自己住外面
三餐都試吃外食 要如何購買食物(因為外頭的便當有還蠻油膩的)
本身有練跑步 伏地挺身 仰臥起坐 等
但是肚子是有腹肌不過要出力才看得到 不然都被指肪擋住
目前體重65~68之間很想把身體指肪弄掉 但是不知道該如何進食!?
