[問題] 體指率11的男生再做有氧會發生甚麼事??
我承認我就是那位體脂率11的男生.......
從去年過年開始慢跑到今年大約一年半(每次3600 一周兩次)
還在想說怎麼體脂率愈來愈低....
但本來也才13

最近才開始逛這個版
看了置底的文章 還有一些討論的文章
發現 原來有氧是減重 重訓才是增重
那我不白跑了一年半嗎一 一....
除了肺活量有變好以外...
想請問如果我沒發現這件事情 繼續慢跑的話
會 發 生 甚 麼 事 ! ! ! ! ? ? ?
