[問題] 如何長胸?!
我平常運動只有到操場跑跑步,其他運動則很少
所以身材也很普通,180/73
沒有啥線條,很苦惱!!
看了文章陸續有在做伏地挺身,但問題來了!!胸型根本一點成長都沒
是我忽略了其他的動作嘛?!還是要搭配哪些運動才能加強效果呢?!
每日五十下的量!!
