[問題] 剛練完 喝牛奶好 還是喝豆漿好?
小弟是新手 目前練了大概才一個多月
身高/體重 173cm/62kg 健身一方便也希望能增重
據我所知 剛健身完要補充蛋白質
很多人健身完都會馬上喝牛奶or豆漿(便利商店賣的) 哪個效果較好阿?
另外 喝 統一黃金豆豆漿 跟 低糖豆漿 又會有什麼差別嗎??
低糖豆漿會比較好嗎?
