胸肌想"加厚",怎麼練才正確?
之前因為上了教練pt課程,
自已的身材從無到有,現在有一丁點小小的成績,還滿開心的
目前有一點胸肌了
但就是不厚!
大概加強了一個月了,還是跟一個月前一樣,沒起色
厚不起來
請問胸肌加厚,正確的訓練方法為何?
