[問題] 重訓與有氧的安排
不好意思來發問一下
請問重訓以及有氧是不是分開做比較好?
有聽別人說過 重訓完有氧的話重訓會比較沒效?
變胖了想先減點脂肪 但是還是想做重訓
所以來發問一下
