是這樣的,莫約在一年前,當時蔡依林剛出特務J
當時她在某節目上有說她是怎麼訓練肌耐力等等
其中有一項,好像可以瘦到手臂的蝴蝶飛飛肉
就是手撐在後面(椅子上),面朝上然後類似伏地挺身的動作
現在夏天也即將來到,愛漂亮的我也要想個辦法讓手臂漂亮點
於是乎我開始了這項運動
一天做20下,但不到一個禮拜我就有肌肉了Orz
連我老公都說實在是太誇張...
想當初我抱自家的小肉球(目前14公斤),抱了快兩年連個線條都沒有
這運動我做不到一個禮拜就跑出肌肉來
重點是!
蝴蝶飛飛肉沒有消,上面又長出肌肉,手整個有粗壯到

剛做完運動那個肌肉真的是Orz
不過說真的,是頗有成就感,只是粗壯了點嘛XD

唉唷,不知道這位大大為何如此激動?
我PO這篇文的重點是我做了她示範可以練到三頭肌的動作結果練到二頭肌
(事後有人貼網址給我看我才知道原來那也是會練到二頭肌的
可能是我姿勢錯誤沒人矯正)
如果你是因為我回你錯字+偏離主題就惱羞成怒的話就另當別論了(攤手)
且我文章最後有說"頗有成就感",可能是我表達不夠好
我並沒有因為這樣就不開心,反而有點像是意外的收穫

重點就是我沒練到三頭反而練到了二頭
這我在文章裡就有寫到了
"我本來是要練下面的三頭肌讓飛飛袖緊實一點,沒想到練到了二頭肌"
這才是我文章的重點,既然重點是在二頭,為什麼要拍出我沒有練到的三頭肌?
如果不是因為我覺得這很神奇,我又何必花時間PO文來看大家的意見?
如果你沒有看清楚文章就亂噓,我只覺得你很沒有禮貌且也莫名其妙
