[問題]同一部位要等到不痛在練嗎?
各位好..小弟爬了精華區以及先前各位大大的文章收穫良多.
這四天假期就朝RM力竭(最後一下很吃力).
去修正自己過去練的方法.
往力竭方向後.身體果然隔天某些地方都會痛了.有練到的部位
那像如果這種連續假期.
是要等部位已經不酸痛了再戀同一塊..還是稍微酸痛就可以在練?
酸痛未消除前.肌肉在長.提早練這塊會不會耗損肌肉成長?
酸痛的程度就根清心綠茶一樣..有程度分別
少冰.少少冰.微冰.去冰..
要完全不痛在去練呢.還是微痛.微微痛.就可以去練?
我過去一年算比較有固定在運動.每週一次2至3小時.頻率會不會太低?
希望練成穿衣服好看.不胖..目前171CM 85KG
