[問題] 練上胸背部會用到力!?
我想請問一下
我每次都是先練背再練上胸(史密斯機)
但每次槓下壓時,背總是會隱隱作痛
感覺練到的好像不是上胸而是背(雖然上胸隔天還是會酸啦!!!)
請問姿勢哪裡不對呢?!
應該要怎麼改正呢?!
