[問題] 什麼都沒有 只有在家練
如題
平常都只能在練
也沒有啞鈴什麼的
看到有些人都說練完可以休息幾天
或是說 不要天天練
但那是不是指 其他 去健身房阿 或是一些運動量較多的?
我在家也只是 做伏地挺身(大約50 也有100 或更多慢慢做)
或 仰臥起坐 和起立蹲下(深蹲就是指這個嗎?)
只做這些 也需要休息嗎? 還是天天做比較好 ?
有時候懶的做 結果過一兩天之後做 有比較輕鬆
天天做 有時候會覺得越做越沉重...
麻煩大家囉...可以的話給點建議吧!
