結果手臂(下手臂)靠近手腕的地方越來越細@@
難道脂肪都囤積在手臂嗎
前幾天被女生說變骨感人
好冏 難道是要停止有氧嗎
還有想問一下到底男生要多瘦體格看起來才算好
