[問題]我是女生 教練說我下半身粗壯 每次碰到我就叫我專心拉身
唉~ 之前騎戶外, 健身房又猛騎飛輪
因為運動型態太固定,教練說我要改變運動項目
於是聽教練建議改做登階或滑步....控制心率在130上下
但教練又來跟我說要我去練瑜珈 ...大概是看我下半身異常粗壯八
......但我主要目標是讓體重體脂下降
練瑜珈只能拉身...又不能減肥> < .....
況且我每天有氧已經夠累了 拉身能夠自己多拉一點嗎???
我想問一下
連教練都覺得我下半身粗壯...我平常也都做下半身訓練
所以...重訓部分我能不能不要做腿部呢???
