[問題] 跳躍力
跳躍力需要肌力和爆發力
所以小弟現在有在練腿
跳躍力訓練之前也有練過
不過中間發生一點插曲就停練了
所以跳躍力沒增加...
前一陣子聽說複合式訓練增加彈跳力最快
但是小弟練腿都會酸很久
也怕休息不夠肌肉無法生長
練腿之於不知找什麼時間練跳躍力訓練
請問有強者知道複合式訓練的課表嗎?

因為現在練腿蹲舉
從一開始70kg12下(蹲一半)
到現在大概120kg 8下(也是蹲一半)
