[閒聊] 訓練心得
小弟本來有在練習跑步,還跑蠻大的,近來因為時間關係改練重訓(跑步沒練)
就拿一個啞鈴練,大概15磅,就只練這個啞鈴,練每天都練,練了6個禮拜
成效不錯,變大肢,線條也變明顯,昨天學校體適能檢測量體重,站上去,夭壽...
足足增加了"6kg"(56--->62.xx),再練下去我可能要心肌梗塞了,趕緊找時間練跑步去
