[問題] 練習拉單槓&酸痛的問題
嗯,先說小弟我是個新手,單槓一下都拉不上去的新手....
目前我練習的方法是:
1.先找一個比自己高一點的單槓握住(只要舉手不用跳就可以握住)
2.然後跳上去讓下巴過槓,雙腳屈起離開地面
3.慢慢的讓身體下降,直到雙手打直
4.雙腳放下,站立在地面上
然後重複1~4 (這個方法是爬文揣摩出來的)
上次做了大概10次,隔天腋下那邊很痠,痠了四天還是有一點痠
應該是這塊肌肉 http://exrx.net/Muscles/LatissimusDorsi.html
想請問大家:
1.這樣的練習方法有效嗎?
2.要等"完全"不痠了才可以開始再練習嗎?還是第四天只剩一點痠就可以練了?
3.這就是大家所謂拉單槓用的背肌嗎?(因為感覺主要在腋下部份,背酸的地方比較小)
ps.看到前幾篇吵成這樣,老實說po這篇問題有點怕怕的....
