[問題] 這樣的體脂肪
我持續運動很多年了
以前主要是練跆拳道
現在主要是重訓&跑步交替做
跑步一次30-40min
重訓和跑步每週3天左右
作息正常,三餐也正常吃
但我體脂肪高達27%(女性) 囧
請問這樣是飲食的問題嗎?
