[問題] 如何改變用力部位?
最近在學校的重訓室用推舉機跟蝴蝶機時
感覺有用到力的地方都是上臂而不是胸部
推了幾下之後覺得胸部似乎有一點用力的趨勢時
手臂卻已經力竭而幾乎推不動了......
想問一下
該怎麼樣出力才可以讓主要用力的部位是在胸而不要靠手臂
(有時甚至會覺得連背都有在用力頂...)
