[問題] 腰圍長的比胸團快. 怎麼辦?
自從4/14重訓以來.
一個月成績是173/53->59(今天量測的重量)
腰圍長了二吋.. 目前是31腰.
目標是32腰, 66公斤.
就目前看來, 胸圍成長卻不夠, 快變成正三角型了.
我要壓下腰圍成長速度, 那我腰的練習是改
1.天天練->讓腰來不及成長.
2.一週練一次->讓腰剌激變少. 就不會胖?
3.依原始排法, 但重量降低, 或是拿掉最後二下加重型的訓練?
我目前排法是.
每天有氧10分鐘.
1,3,5 -> 上半身肌群, 腰.
2,4->四肢.及沒練到的小肌群.
6,日->健身房沒開,休息.
練法是一組12下, 先最輕熱身二組,
然後做可負擔最重的的一組, 最後二下加重10~20P.
再來錯開肌群先練別的,再回來做一組.
讓每一肌群都能做到三組.
目前還在增重階段, 也不可能減飲食.
還煩請各位先進前輩能給予小弟建議.
