[問題] 如何解決下午時段的肚子餓
辦公室上班下午時段4點至6點會肚子餓..
因為有的時候會加班 會泡米阿夫來喝
但是有的時候會是會餓俄
要怎麼吃 要怎麼吃才不會容易變胖
(健康又養生沒負擔的食物)
好煩惱哦 不吃胃又會不時的痛
