不好意思,又來call for help了...
剛剛收到UPS寄的信,內容如下
Hello!
Unfortunately we failed to deliver the postal package you have sent on the
20th of November in time because the recipient's address is erroneous.
Please print out the shipment label attached and collect the package at our
office.
United States Postal Service
可是,我是Nov. 24th訂的..
附檔又是寄USPS report.pdf.exe ???
把exe去掉後為pdf檔,但根本開不了呀..
會不會是,我有打電話給客服改地址,
客服說我會收到一封ups的信(後面聽不太懂)
剛剛登入bodyshop看,還在Order Processing...
有人可以告訴我,這........是什麼一回事嗎?
