今天打了電話到我家附近郵局他要我打去投遞單位問在這裡他可以用地址幫你查有沒有東西寄到你家但他說我家"今天"沒有記錄不知道是不是只幫我查了今天的= =" 他還是叫我跟賣家要追蹤碼才比較能查的到參考了版友的意見我寫了第二封信給官網內容如下: Hi, I palced two orders on 3/23, I got one order last Wednsday, however I haven't received the other one. It's been over 3 weeks from the ship date. And, I called my local post and customs office for the package, but they could do nothing without the tracking number. What can I do for it?? Please don't tell me to wait for another week. If I couldn't get my order, would I get a refund?? 最近官網回覆得很快今天早上十二點寫的晚上十點多就收到回覆了如下 Hello! The status of your order is 'Processed' and it looks like your order was never updated to shipped. (這裡不懂? 我明明3/25就有收到寄出通知耶?!) There is no way for us to confirm that it was shipped out, but if it was, it would have arrived by now. At this point, we have to assume the order was lost in the transit. We can either ship you new designs of your choice or give Threadless credit or a refund. If you want replacement tees, please confirm your shipping address and let us know what shirts you want. Keep in mind designs that you previously ordered may no longer be in stock, so check out the site first to see what designs are available. If we send you a replacement order, we will be able to upgrade you to expedited shipping for the inconvenience. Let us know what you want to do! Sorry for the trouble.
