[心得] 不飽和油餐 這樣行嗎
小弟為了戒掉吃早餐店的習慣
試過了早餐用電鍋、或是用少油煎
但是不是太費時就是食無味
最後為了方便跟營養
選擇了
50g燕麥片=194.5k
50g六種堅果=303k
10g黑芝麻 =57.2k

然後還剩下一罐不太想喝的高蛋白(COSTCO 巧克力)
一匙143
打算喝完就改兩顆水煮蛋代替(也差不多是150上下
這樣一餐吃下去大概是700k左右
有時候午餐也會這樣吃
晚餐家裡沒煮也會這樣吃
這樣吃會有什麼缺點嗎...
會補充不到哪些東西嗎
