從5/28開始, 一周至少重訓四天
什麼都練, 背胸手臀腿, 腹部沒有特別練
飲食控制就像之前文章低油少糖, 後期運動後有開始喝乳清
希望可以給大家鼓勵, 重訓及運動的好處 =D
