[閒聊] 運動強迫症?
自去年11月以來,我靠運動跟飲食控制瘦了10公斤(73-63)
運動方面強度很強,每週一對一重訓一次、飛輪一次、拳擊有氧兩次、游泳一次,
3月以來買了運動手環會另外再要求自己每天要走到一萬步,
可以說閒暇時間可以排去運動的時間都排了。
隨著體重的下降當然是很有成就感,但我最近發現我好像得了一種強迫症,
如果當天晚上吃了稍微多一點,但不到大吃,就會感到很罪惡,
然後就強迫自己出門運動去,起碼要跑個3K流流汗。
上禮拜颱風剛走的那天我也是這樣逼自己出門跑步,
運動過程不討厭,運動完也很高興,但就是覺得心理有點累,
很想偷懶不運動,但想到隔天會量體重(我每天量),又覺得心情沉重,
我已經連續運動四天,覺得好累喔~~
我有告訴自己一天不運動沒關係,但是好難啊......
不知道有沒有人也有這個心理過程,怎麼調適呢?

感謝眾版友的建議,的確我的減肥過程也是有減到肌肉,體脂是35%-29%
我的教練也是說有氧做多成效有限,然後上課強度拉很強... = =
我會試試排固定休息日這個方法,完全適合強迫症啊!!!
