[討論] 有氧運動時間分配問題
爬文之後 還是有點不懂
針對有氧運動時間分配問題
假設一周連續3-4天 每次踩橢圓機15分鐘 瑜珈收操
和一周挑2-3天 踩橢圓機30分鐘 瑜珈收操
這兩種方式 心跳都有達130/min
到底哪個對減肥比較有效呢??
