[減肥] 請問如何同時減去肌肉和脂肪

年齡:29
身高:181
體重:80
體脂率:13%
日常作息時間:11點睡 七點半起床
生活型態:soho族
運動:跑步3600~5000 一週三天 不定時重訓
我的問題:
一般都討論到減脂肪而已 而我個人覺得可以不用再降低了
想同時降低肌肉和體脂肪 保持13%的身型即可
可是努力很久了 體重仍然無法下降
都有吃到基代了 難道要節食嗎?
