[討論]關於小腿重訓
今天在健身房 有跟教練問了一些事情
教練說如果小腿不想變粗的話最好少做會動到小腿的重訓 因為小腿沒甚麼脂肪都是肌肉
坦白說 教練這樣說 我有點被嚇到 因為跟健身板還有美體版裡的所說的有出入
就像每次說到慢跑 有的人會誤會慢跑小腿會變粗
但其實那只是一小段時間 長期下來是會消的
但我已經做重訓2個月了 每次都會使用小腿訓練機 請問真的會像教練說得這樣嗎...?
