[閒聊] 明天要吃大餐之一周菜單/運動建議
我由三月開始進行減肥
目前已經由48->46
維持大概兩周沒有增減
三餐一直都是清淡少油 很偶爾會吃點小大餐
運動則是每周三次 慢跑4km這樣
但是呢!!
明天中午和晚餐 會連續有大餐要吃XD 老闆請的~怎麼可以不吃呢!!!
雖說偶爾的大餐是不用太害怕
可是連續兩餐似乎恐怖了點....
能否請大家給我點意見
吃完明天的大餐後 接著一週你們會怎麼調整運動量或菜單呢?? 感恩!!<(_ _)>
