[閒聊] 線條的訓練
想聊聊有關全身肌肉線條的鍛鍊...
我個人覺得所有運動員中...身材比例.肌肉線條最好最勻稱的是
網球選手...男女都一樣...
我相信他們也都有做重訓,可是看看那些女網球選手個個小腿的線條都很棒
而且顯得很修長...(可能她們本身身高也高的關係....)
相信他們的體脂一定也都很低的....
想知道網球選手的體能訓練大概是怎樣的模式呢??
例如:重訓方面..是重量輕.次數多嗎???
另外,因為待業中的關係...不太想要特別花錢去健身房做重訓..
有什麼重訓是可以在家做的嗎???
家裡有x-bike和跑步機....但都使用x-bike居多..
不知為何很不擅長跑跑步機.... = =
x-bike目前是調阻力5..轉速不知道多少(儀表計壞了= =)..
但是心跳都有130以上,時間持續30分...
因為才剛開始運動..所以想讓自己先習慣生活中有運動這件事..
然後搭配一些簡單的重訓....
很想要像網球選手們那種剛剛好勻稱結實的體態啊~~~!!
