[討論] 游泳跟跑步在代謝上的差異
小弟我日前冬天多以跑步、伏地挺身為主要運動
早上起床先做50下伏地挺身熱身
再開始一天的學生生活
下午會去跑操場
學校的是標準400公尺 而我都跑在最外圈
大概都跑5000公尺以上
而現在 天氣熱了 加上我開始重訓
每天下午的有氧運動就改成了游泳
我游蝶式、蛙式居多
到目前為止 據我觀察
我發現之前跑步運動的日子
身上的脂肪比較少
雖然現在強度增加了
但相對卻多了脂肪
希望前輩們可以再建議一下
感恩
PS. 今天早上空腹去量體脂 18,2%
