體重破百連快走都很快鐵腿
不知不覺已經30歲 連體重也來到有史以來最重的103
我在想可能是半年前辭去工作準備國考
然後可能作息不正常 又都待房間坐著看書又沒運動
壓力大就吃消夜所以體重瞬間飆漲
現在覺得不能這樣下去
想先從快走 怕膝蓋受傷所以我兩腿都綁護膝
但發現才快走沒多久我就鐵腿了 小腿前側 外側肌肉都超級硬
所以我這樣是不是連快走都不適合??
護膝綁太緊會因為阻礙血管 導致我更快鐵腿嗎??
還是我從游泳開始 先減到一定程度才開始快走??
