[閒聊] 有氧運動會增加基代嗎?
如果我沒記錯
增加基代的方法是增加肌肉量
增加肌肉量的方法是重訓
那是否代表我只做有氧沒辦法增加基代?
而做有氧會減脂也可能減到肌肉
肌肉量未增加反而減少
會導致有氧做太多反而降低基代?
反而變的只能越吃越少??

沒重訓無法增加基代
如果有氧不幸減低基代的同時
就只能靠更強的有氧來把多餘的熱量消耗掉
是這樣嗎?
