[討論] 跑步1小vs快走1小
本人最近想減肥, 打算上健身房跑步
腰部肥肉跟肚子蠻困擾我的
聽朋友說跑步對瘦這些部位蠻有用的
但因為我是新手體力不是非常的好
通常跑個40分就非常吃力 (速度11公里)
或者快走7公里 然後走一個半小時....
這樣比較哪個效果會比較顯著?
因為我想減肥, 大家建議我做重訓嗎?
朋友說做重訓體重可能會不減反增...
謝謝大家給個說法.
