想知道努責效應跟運動性貧血的差別?

當時我是提到運動後貧血的問題,後來查了一下有運動性貧血的情況,
而一般貧血的定義是RBC(紅血球)、Hb(血色素)、Hct(血比容、紅血球百分比),
以上這三個數值中有任何一項低下的狀態,
男性:RBC<450w/uL;Hb<12.0g/dL;Hct<40%
女性:RBC<400w/uL;Hb<10.6g/dL;Hct<35%
(臨床上的判斷大家看看就好)

j大所提到的努責效應,
定義是閉氣用力,胸腔內壓增強,血壓可能突增,
引起靜脈回流減少,心輸出量不足,引起暈眩的不適症狀
至於運動性貧血(sports anemia),
由日本學者Yoshimura所提出,
在NCBI的網站裡有篇他所發表的Paper(相關Paper也很多......),
「Anemia during physical training (sports anemia) 」
不過我沒有權限看完整的Paper(′.ω.`)
若是有大大在學校可以看到的請幫忙轉貼,感激不盡m(_ _)m
而運動性貧血的定義是
在劇烈運動一段時間後,可能會發生血中血色素(Hb)下降,
有氧運動會透過增加血漿來增加血液量,進而造成紅血球百分比(Hct)下降,
但是此一運動性貧血現象會隨著時間而恢復正常,
這就是有別於一般臨床上的貧血
